We’ve compiled some of the most frequently asked questions to help make your stay at Sterling Inn & Spa as seamless as possible. From check-in details to spa bookings, find everything you need to know right here.

Check-in time is 4:00pm. If you arrive earlier do not hesitate to drop off your luggage at the hotel; it will be our pleasure to keep it if you wish to begin your exploration of Niagara Falls.

Check-out time is 12:00pm. If you wish to stay in the city longer do not hesitate to drop off your luggage at the front desk; it will be our pleasure to store it for you.

Early check-in and late check-out is based on availability – please contact us directly at 289-292-0000 to submit your request.

The minimum check-in age at Sterling Inn & Spa is 21 years old. A valid photo ID and credit card are required at check-in.

Yes, we offer on-site parking! Sterling Inn & Spa has a dedicated parking lot exclusively for our guests at a rate of $18 per night.

Yes, Sterling Inn & Spa has an elevator located just off the front lobby to help assist you with getting to/from your room.

The hotel offers free Wi-Fi in all rooms, as well as in the common areas. You will receive the access code upon your arrival.

Pets are not allowed at the Sterling Inn & Spa. We understand that pets are family but can not accommodate a stay for your pet.

Service animals wearing a service vest are permitted with proper documentation.

Our cancellation policy requires a 48-hour notice prior to your scheduled arrival to avoid any charges.

To modify or cancel a reservation, use the same method used to book. This is particularly important for reservations made through Online Travel Agencies (Expedia, Booking.com etc.); please use their platforms directly or communicate directly with the call centre of the Online Travel Agency with whom you made the reservation.

A $200 deposit is required upon check-in with a valid credit card. The security deposit serves as a guarantee for any incidentals or damage that may occur during stay. The deposit is fully refunded to the credit card on file upon check-out within 7-10 business days, provided there are no additional charges or damages.

Each of our rooms have a unique layout and many people enjoy experiencing different rooms or the same room during each stay. If you wish to have a specific room, let us know your preference at the time of booking. Although we cannot promise that you will have this room, we will do our best to comply with your request depending on availability at the time of your stay.

Take Highway 427 South to QEW Hamilton to QEW Niagara. Exit onto Highway 420, go through the first set of lights (Stanley Ave) and continue on Falls Ave. Take a right turn onto Macdonald Ave, a left turn onto Centre St, and a right turn onto Ellen Ave, the Hotel is located on the right hand side.

From Peace Bridge:

Take QEW Toronto, exit onto Highway 420, go through the first set of lights (Stanley Ave) and continue on Falls Ave. Take a right turn onto Macdonald Ave, a left turn onto Centre St, and a right turn onto Ellen Ave, the Hotel is located on the right hand side.

From Rainbow Bridge:

Follow the Sign to Highway 420/QEW Take a left turn onto Macdonald Ave. a left turn onto Centre St, and a right turn onto Ellen Ave, Hotel is located on the right hand side.

Transportation Services:

The Sterling Inn & Spa would be happy to arrange transportation to and from Pearson International, Buffalo International, Hamilton Airport, or any location within 2 1/2 hours of the hotel.
