This package does not just start when you come through our doors. Rather it begins when we pick you up at yours. We pick you up from home in your choice of town car or stretch limousine, where a bottle of Sparkling Wine will await. Personally greeted upon arrival, you will be shown to your suite, complete with a fresh bouquet of flowers, and chocolate covered strawberries. While at the hotel you will enjoy breakfast in bed, a full five course dinner for two with wine pairing, and a couples massage in our full service spa. At the end of your visit, you will be driven back home while sipping Mimosas.

The Experience Package is available in a two or three-night package and can be customized to suit your own preferences. Please call one of our Guest Service Agents, so that we can create a Sterling Experience just for you.

Some restrictions apply to the “door to door” service, Guests must live within 2 1/2 hours of the hotel. Transportation can also be arranged from Pearson International, Buffalo International, or Hamilton Airports.

For our guests who choose not to use our door to door service, a limo credit will be available for in town transportation.
