Our Policies

Check-in time is 4:00pm. If you arrive earlier do not hesitate to drop off your luggage at the hotel; it will be our pleasure to keep it if you wish to begin your exploration of Niagara Falls.

The credit card used to make the reservation and a government issued ID must be presented at check-in. If you are purchasing a stay as a gift, please contact us in advance to complete a Credit Card Authorization form to ensure a smooth check-in process. Download Authorizaton Form Here.

Check-out time is 12:00pm. If you wish to stay in the city longer do not hesitate to drop off your luggage at the front desk; it will be our pleasure to store it for you.

Early check-in and late check-out is based on availability – please contact us directly at 289-292-0000 to submit your request.

The minimum check-in age at Sterling Inn & Spa is 21 years old. A valid photo ID and credit card are required at check-in.
Sterling Inn & Spa has a dedicated on-site parking lot exclusively for our guests charged at a rate of $18 per night.
All room rates are based on double occupancy.

Sterling Inn & Spa is a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking, including the use of electronic cigarettes, is not permitted in any guest rooms, balconies, or public areas. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged for any violation of this policy. We thank you for helping us maintain a clean and healthy environment for all guests.

Pets are not allowed at the Sterling Inn & Spa. We understand that pets are family but can not accommodate a stay for your pet. Service animals wearing a service vest are permitted with proper documentation.

Our cancellation policy requires a 48-hour notice prior to your scheduled arrival to avoid any charges.

A $200 deposit is required upon check-in with a valid credit card. The security deposit serves as a guarantee for any incidentals or damage that may occur during your stay. The deposit is fully refunded to the credit card on file upon check-out within 5 business days, provided there are no additional charges or damages.
